Watchfox is almost ready. Nothing is for sale yet, and the plugin isn’t out. This page explains how it will work.

Free to try
Each site gets a 14-day free trial. No card. Nothing is charged when it ends. If you don’t pick a plan, your site moves to the Free plan.
No surprises
We email you 3 days before every payment.
Cancel any time
Use the cancel link in any receipt or payment email. Agency customers can also cancel from their account page.
Money back
Ask within 14 days of a payment and we refund it in full. No questions.
When you cancel
Your plan keeps working until the end of the time you’ve paid for. Then your site moves to the Free plan, so it isn’t left unwatched.
Deleting the plugin doesn’t cancel a paid plan, so please cancel it too, using the link in your receipt.
Refunds
- Changed your mind? Ask within 14 days of a payment, and we refund that payment in full.
- Charged by mistake? For example, twice, or after you cancelled. Tell us within 90 days and we refund it in full.
- We took away something you pay for? If we ever remove a feature of your plan, you can cancel and get back the unused part of your payment.
- After 14 days, we don’t refund the rest of the period, but you can cancel so you aren’t charged again.
How to ask
Write to alerts@watchfox.site from the email you paid with, or tell us that address. Our payment provider sends the money back to the card or account you paid with. It usually shows up within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
Who takes the payment
Our payment provider sells the plan on our behalf and handles sales tax and VAT (it’s the “merchant of record”). Its name is on your receipt, and its buyer terms apply to the payment itself. We’ll name it here before launch.
